We created a film that is essentially a mix of commercial and explainer video for the AVARE App. Tackling the issue of personal data being heavily endangered by big corporations, our client’s request was for the film to raise awareness about how data on smartphones is easily leaked, but can eventually be protected by the AVARE app. In a bouncy slapstick vibe, a beautiful meadow of data-flowers and a mean corporate data-feasting squid illustrate the dangerous imbalance between user and provider.

Our work here went beyond producing just the film and also included illustrations for magazines and the app icon design that eventually lead to providing the foundation for the overall CI for the AVARE brand.
